About Sid
Good Day,
I am Sid Stromsdorfer, a graphic designer, and illustrator based out of Emeryville, California. At least that is where Google, and the US Postal Service say I dwell. My property owner has known it as Oakland, California for most of his time as a Californian. A diverse area to live in, and a close knit community. Real people.
I have been a resident in the Bay Area since 1997. I have grown up through divorce, and as a re-entry student at Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill, California, 2002. Then, California State University East Bay, Hayward, California, 2005. I hold a B. A. in the Arts Program, with a concentration in Multi-media. I work predominately in print, any surface. I have built my design business and those designs slowly since my last year as a student at CSUEB. My clients are entrepreneurs in many business disciplines: jewelry, semi-conductors, construction, non-profits in education for children, and for women experiencing breast cancer, life coaching, interior design to judo. I specialize in repeat offenders. I make sure the work we design together for your business, will increase your business, get you noticed, and possibly sending curious clients of your own on to me.
I work with web designers once your new corporate identity has been birthed. Ensuring that the design we have produced is replicated properly on the Internet. A full file of your design will be given to you at the end of your project, whatever that will encompass – logo, brochure, mailers, ads for the Internet, and promotional work for trade shows.
My mission is to make people, and their business grow up graphically. I can start from scratch or ramp up from where your business and its current icon are physically today. I enjoy doing this, and love the challenge.
Respectfully,
Sid Stromsdorfer – Principal SGDi

Would you design for a company outside of the state??? Given information, of course to help you with a color theme?? How you would present, presentations??
Good luck in all your endeavors,
Friends from afar,
Paula L. Jarrett
Paula,
I can design out of state. I would have a phone conversation with you/the client, and get all the marketing text/images/digital file of their logo from them. I would present a .pdf file for a proof. That is what I currently do now. If the corrections to the art file are not that extensive, then to just work off the email that would describe what needs to be changed or to fix any incorrect contact information. If the work is extensive, I have Skype, and can talk that way. I have not used it before, but I know that I can figure that out easily. If you have a client that would like to use me, based on my work. Let’s start out easy, and see where it goes from there.
